Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using barcode scanning systems
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse zones following FIFO protocols
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detailOperate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and electric carts (training provided)
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train everyone!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Strong teamwork ethic and willingness to learn new processes
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment)
