Responsibilities
- Supervise 10+ team members in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Implement and enforce safety protocols with 0-incident record
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and space utilization
- Conduct inventory audits using provided RF scanners and WMS software
- Train staff on new equipment and SOPs with company-provided tools
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and purchasing teams
- Generate performance reports using company analytics platforms
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with equipment handling
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license
