Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pack, seal, and label products for shipment according to company standards.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist in the physical assembly and preparation of orders for delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license (not required but a plus for some roles).
