Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move inventory efficiently.
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders to ensure 100% satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock checks to maintain high inventory accuracy.
- Ensure Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to optimize workflow and prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided for qualified candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and demonstrate strong punctuality.
- Basic Math: Proficiency in basic arithmetic and ability to navigate computer systems.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
