Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Material Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors, when certified.
- Receiving & Shipping: Inspect incoming shipments for damages, verify quantities against packing lists, and load outbound trucks.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Documentation: Properly complete all necessary paperwork and digital logs for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- License: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
