As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately pick items from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment using scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Background Check: Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
