Responsibilities
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare items for shipment using various packing materials and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, receiving shipments, and maintaining accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move stock within the facility safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all outgoing orders meet quality standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Documentation: Accurately complete paperwork and digital logging for all operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with no experience.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and follow instructions.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
