Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure all materials are stored safely and organized according to inventory standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and record-keeping to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for reading weight tags and invoices accurately.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to the Kansas City facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Team player attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
