Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count, scan, and organize stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks using hand trucks, dollies, and forklifts (training available).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace housekeeping standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and willingness to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- License: Valid California driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
