Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack inventory onto pallets or shelves accurately and efficiently.
- Picking & Packing: Select and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision.
- Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided upon hiring).
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Overtime Availability: Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons to meet business demands.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
