Responsibilities
- Perform order picking, packing, and shipping duties efficiently and accurately to meet daily production targets.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners safely and proficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and manage stock rotation to prevent spoilage or product obsolescence.
- Load and unload trucks safely using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure shipment accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments regarding inventory needs and workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift without assistance.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime if necessary.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
