Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Performing inventory counts and maintaining stock rotation (FIFO).
- Ensuring the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
