Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment, ensuring cargo security and safety protocols are met.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately retrieve items from the warehouse floor based on pick tickets and package them securely for shipment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance checks on forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Reliability: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required for commuting to our Denver facility.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
