Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization using WMS software.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and workflow efficiency.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed, including packing and labeling.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (Class 1, 3, or 4).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
