Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and orders.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe by adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Package and prepare items for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Assist in the receiving of incoming stock and verifying quantities and quality.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a plus but we provide training for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
