Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy to minimize returns.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock replenishment to ensure optimal warehouse organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck) and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in training new hires on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
