Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Pick and pack customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and tidy warehouse floor.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems for inventory tracking.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior warehouse experience required; we train our own!
