Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using hand trucks, forklifts (training provided), and conveyors.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
