Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Performing daily inventory counts and maintaining organized stockrooms.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S methodology).
- Inspecting products for defects or damage before shipping.
- Assisting in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (for loading docks).
- Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
