Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Verify and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
- Organize stock in designated areas and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and cycle counting.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; strong candidates with no experience will be considered.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety protocols.
