Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and report any issues immediately.
- Organize stock in an efficient and safe manner to ensure quick retrieval.
- Prepare pallets and packages for shipping according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required for top candidates).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
