Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and stocking incoming inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems (training provided for certified operators).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company and customer standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders efficiently to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level role.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong math skills are essential.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
