Job Description:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of inventory, ensuring our clients receive their orders on time.
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise and materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods (8+ hours).
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
