Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse layout to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid Driver's License (not always required but preferred).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (if applicable to outdoor dock).
