Responsibilities
- Safely operate provided warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory in a climate-controlled facility
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per Amazon's 5S standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow all safety protocols and equipment operation guidelines
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory management processes
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using provided mechanical aids
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete floors
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems and digital inventory tools
- Willingness to work in varying warehouse conditions (cool/cold environments)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with provided mechanical assistance
- Reliable transportation to work location
