Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) provided by Amazon
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with precision
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Meet daily productivity targets while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 49 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for operating scanning systems
- Commitment to safety standards and proper equipment usage
- Reliable transportation to the Richmond facility
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays during peak seasons
