Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise 15+ staff members, fostering a safe and productive work environment
- Implement lean methodologies to optimize inventory management and reduce waste
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with logistics team to maintain accurate inventory records
- Resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible shifts
