Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (provided) such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
- Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Load and unload trucks in strict adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
