Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using provided equipment
- Organize and maintain inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and sorting systems
- Inspect products for quality control and damage
- Collaborate with team to meet daily/weekly production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols with provided safety gear
- Document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy (inventory systems training provided)
- Reliable transportation to Glendale facility
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- No prior warehouse experience required – training included
- Valid government-issued ID (no background check needed)
