Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment in a timely manner.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic routine maintenance on warehouse equipment and report any safety hazards immediately.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Organization: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting and packaging items.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions and communicate with team members.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
