Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and package inventory using barcode scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and cleanliness standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipment goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability to cover morning/afternoon/weekend shifts
- No criminal background check required for hiring
