Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision and speed
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to 123 Industrial Park Blvd
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
