Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely loading and unloading trucks and trailers.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately picking, packing, and labeling products for shipment.
- Inventory Control: Assisting with cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Operating pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Assurance: Inspecting products for damage and ensuring packaging standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and organization.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for reading labels and communicating with team leads.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
