Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory control and cycle counting procedures
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and speed
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse spaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Support inbound/outbound logistics coordination and quality assurance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WMS software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration
