Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining quality control standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory counts and resolve discrepancies using WMS systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Process returns and handle damaged goods according to company policy
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
