Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, verify, and document incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with zero-error standards for e-commerce and retail partners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain organized inventory zones and conduct cycle counts weekly
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Implement lean practices to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Adhere to safety protocols including PPE requirements and hazard reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 1+ years warehouse/logistics experience with RF scanner proficiency
- OSHA certification for forklift operation (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail with order accuracy >99%
- Valid driver's license (required for yard operations)
