Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Inspect, sort, and organize inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks according to safety protocols.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory (on-the-job training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
