Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the accurate receiving, storing, and distribution of goods. We are looking for candidates who are physically fit, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to customer specifications and standard operating procedures.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels within the warehouse to ensure optimal organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training provided upon hiring).
- Stock Organization: Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, defects, and accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic counting, measuring, and using handheld scanners.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors in inventory and order details quickly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work full-time hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri).
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
