Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by conducting physical counts and scanning barcodes.
- Package and label items securely to ensure damage-free transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we offer training for qualified candidates.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be able to obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
