Job Overview
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Your primary focus will be on accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and stock checks to ensure inventory records match physical stock.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Shipment Processing: Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying shipping documents and ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitized in accordance with quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for enthusiastic applicants.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
