Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, track, and organize inventory using barcode scanners and WMS systems.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare products for shipment by boxing, labeling, and securing packages according to safety standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by sweeping floors, organizing pallets, and reporting equipment issues.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of stock movements and daily logs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Certifications: Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a plus.
- Tools: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is helpful.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including overtime and weekends if required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
