Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks before operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment and distribution.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and inventory targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Forklift Certification is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
- Ability to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to operate under tight deadlines.
