Responsibilities
- Manage and track inventory levels remotely using advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing shipments with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Coordinate with remote teams to optimize supply chain workflows and resolve logistical discrepancies.
- Perform routine cycle counts and maintain accurate digital records of all stock.
- Assist in resolving shipping errors and maintaining organized documentation.
- Collaborate with management to streamline warehouse operations and reduce turnaround time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
