Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics operations and timely deliveries.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and perform physical labor in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliability: A strong work history with a focus on punctuality and attendance.
- License: Valid driver's license and willingness to obtain a forklift certification if not already certified.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety logs and pick lists accurately.
