Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move products.
- Pack, seal, and label shipments accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy and quality.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
