Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, count, and stock incoming merchandise accurately.
- Packing & Shipping: Pack, seal, and label products for domestic and international shipment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area to ensure efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain inventory records in the warehouse management system.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift Certification: Valid forklift license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in counting and recording inventory.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
