Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks: Safely move inventory using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Accurately count and stock products to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Reliability: A history of punctuality and consistent work attendance.
