Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipping to meet daily production targets.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as certified.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and warehouse protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
