Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Unload and sort incoming freight while verifying documentation
- Maintain organized inventory in 50,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Operate pallet jacks and electric carts (training provided)
- Conduct daily cycle counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone operation
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid government-issued photo ID required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
