Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, stock, and materials by hand or using industrial trucks and equipment.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock counts.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to shipping guidelines.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Valid driver’s license (not always required, but good to have).
